5 months

Time has definitely flown... Dylan is now 5 months old! Where did the time go? He's rolling both ways now, loves to sleep on his stomach, and just yesterday at daycare, he started scooting himself all the way across the mat on his tummy! We think he's teething too since he's drooling tons and is starting to get a bit moody some days.

For the 4th of July weekend, we drove down to Charlottesville, VA for the night. It was nice to get away from the laundry, housework, and yardwork. We took a scenic route there - Skyline Drive -- which was pretty despite the overcast weather; but it had to be cut short because Dylan didn't really want to be in his car seat for much longer. He wanted to play! :) Dylan's hair continues to amaze us. He is growing in blond hair all around except for the brown patch of long hair in the front. It tends to fluctuate between the 80's bangs-look/Conan O'Brien and a mowhawk. :) Can't wait to save those pictures for when he grows up! :) Tired baby!! This weekend we got Dylan a bouncer/entertainer. He loves it! And of course he tries to put all the toys in his mouth and drools all over the place. He's still getting stronger with his trunk control, but seems to enjoy being upright and able to look around. Super Baby!!
