Dylan had another checkup the other day. The doctor says everything looks great. We've been given the okay to start eating meats -- which to me, look and SMELL like cat food! He had 1 oral and 4 shot vaccinations... poor guy. But he was a trooper -- only crying on the last one. I think it hurt me more than him! :)
Here's his latest stats:
Height: 28 inches (80%)
Weight: 18.4lbs (50%)
Head Circumference: 17.5 inches (50%)
Getting his measurements was confirmation for me that Dylan is so tall! He's 7.5 months old and is wearing 12-18+ month onesies to fit him length-wise for his torso.
Dylan still isn't doing anything too different for milestones -- just getting much better at the ones he already has been able to do. He can sit unsupported in a tripod position, but not for too long, because he tends to get distracted with the world around him. I know this is a little behind the projected timetable, but I'm not concerned... he'll get there someday. Dylan prefers rolling as his method of locomotion -- and he is a master at rolling! The other day he rolled almost all the way under the bed (with just his head poking out). He isn't crawling or pulling up yet, but that's ok -- we get a little longer to finish our baby-proofing. :)
