Dylan's First Haircut!

We finally broke down and got Dylan his first haircut. The front part of his hair, which he still hadn't lost yet -- was down into his eyes. So once Matt got back from Panama, we headed to the barber. We took Dylan to the same lady, Ok yi, who cuts Matt's hair and who has been cutting my dad's hair forever. Dylan did awesome!! He just sat there patiently while she trimmed it all.
