We have a lot to be thankful for this year: good health, wonderful family and friends, a new home, and a new baby! Mom Gerking came out to visit us this year for Thanksgiving. We were very excited to have some wonderful home cooked meals!!! And I was especially happy to have help with the house cleaning that's been neglected since Parker has been born. :) On Tuesday afternoon, we went to the turkey farm to pick up a farm fresh turkey.
While we were there, Dylan had a blast looking at the turkeys and feeding the cows.
Mom cooked an amazing turkey, despite our ghetto oven that needed to be held closed with a mop!

After dinner, we just spent some time relaxing -- stuffed from the awesome food!
Dylan kept trying to put a "hat" (a cup) on Parker's head.
Nana had fun reading bed-time stories with the boys.
