More doctors appointments for Parker!!

We've had a rough few months in our family with illness, colds, infections, etc. Since we've hardly had a winter here in MD and the weather has been funky -- 70s one day and 30s the next -- everyone seems to be getting sick around here! AND all the trees are starting to bloom... spring is coming fast!! I think we might be in trouble. Ugh!!

A few weeks ago, Parker ended up with a bad cough, so off to the doctor we went again! He was wheezing, lethargic, coughing, and on/off feverish. It was very scary to see my very active baby boy acting so sluggish, and borderline listless! The doctor thinks it probably is asthma since he perked up so quickly after one treatment of the nebulizer. Although they technically wont call it asthma until he's had 3 episodes -- this is episode number two. We did the nebulizer for about 4 days and returned to the doctor with a much happier baby. :)

The nebulizer has two masks -- one is the face mask (the preferred method) but the much harder one to get Parker to sit still for!!

And the other is a pipe that blows the medicine towards his face. He actually fell asleep with it the other day!! Haha! 

For our upcoming trip to Idaho, the doctor gave us an inhaler in case of a flareup. (we cant get a nebulizer until his third episode) We are hoping we don't have to use it though! We'd much rather a healthy baby!!! It's so hard to see our little guys sick!
