Trip to VA

We have some good friends from Colorado who are now stationed at Fort Lee, VA. Tim and Matt deployed together in 2006 and Rita and I kept each other sane company during that time. We've kept in touch with them over the years and it's always good to see them!! They will be moving at the end of the month so we wanted to see them "one last time" before they left the area. Friday we packed up the boys and headed down there for the night. The drive down was awful not exactly the most fun thing we've ever done. But we made it! :) It was great to catch up with them and the boys (both old and young) had fun playing together. Dylan and TJ had fun playing with trucks, dinosaurs, race cars, and DIRT!!

Tim and Matt had fun in the garage putting new shocks on Rita's car. Rita and I enjoyed some wine time too.

And a bonus, we did get a glimpse of what it would be like to have five kids under the age of four!!! YIKES! :) :) But it was a great trip!! And we miss them already!
