Fixing the Planter Box

I cant seem to find a "before" picture of the massive weeds that were in the plantar box right outside our front door. A few months ago, we decided to revamp the front entryway starting with the plantar box.

I decided to go with a hydrangea :) 

My wonderful husband prepped the area beautifully! :)

And there she is! :) (it was raining and I didnt want the camera to get wet so I took the pic from indoors... and yes Murphy is still outside in the rain!)

The hydrangea will grow to fit the plantar box almost perfectly. Looking forward to next year for it to really take off! Eventually we need to tackle the rest of the landscape!.... one step at a time!
