Parker's Changing Table Antics

This is a semi-old video taken May15th, but Parker has been doing this for a while now -- even way before the video was taken and continuing until now. Whenever he's on the changing table, he feels it is his time to shine by squealing, yelling, laughing and making his voice heard! You can hear him down the hallway he is so loud. What makes these antics even better is that he doesn't need to be encouraged in anyway to make noise. In the video, we were playing with a shirt with him. But Parker will test his lungs whether you look at him or not!! Regardless of how or when he does it, he still makes us smile... and hopefully you too! Enjoy!
